"Effective Case Management"

“Effective Case Management” is a 3-day comprehensive workshop designed to help case managers in the HCS program gain the skills and knowledge they need to do the job according to state regulations and increase their efficiency in managing a case load.

Topics Include:

Role and responsibilities of the case manager, writing observable  and measurable ISP's, meeting deadlines, monitoring services, completing IPC's, MRRC's, ICAP's, LON packets, securing adaptive aids and minor home modifications, preparing for survey, understanding billable vs. non-billable services and Consumer Directed Services.

Cost:

$250.00 per person for PPAT members
$275.00 per person for non-PPAT members

(Registration fees must be paid by September 18th.  In the event of a cancellation, fees will not be refunded but may be applied to a future class.)  Participants who have not pre-paid before the day of the class will be charged an additional $25.00.
